3 days Rwanda Gorilla trekking

Wake up early in the morning and have your early breakfast. At 4:30 your driver guide will transfer you to the Volcanoes National Park in the northern part of the Country. At arrival in Musanze you will head to the park headquarters for the briefing about the dos and don’ts as you enjoy the park tea, and later transfer to the starting point of your gorilla trekking safari activity. Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes national park can last between 2 to 6 hours depending on the movement of gorillas or the speed of the group whom you are trekking with. Once found you will stay with the gorillas for one hour watching them playing & feeding their young ones. After then you will return to the starting point head for a visit to Iby’Iwacu cultural village. Then after your driver take to your booked Hotel for lunch and spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. Have dinner and overnight stay. Meals: full board

After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters. You will meet with your ranger who will brief you about the code of conduct while you are trekking golden monkeys. You will then enter the forest in search for the golden monkeys. The trekking follows the same procedure as gorilla trekking though trekking golden monkeys is less tiresome. Meet and stay with them for one hour. After a great experience you will walk back to the starting point have lunch before embarking on a transfer back to Kigali. At arrival in Kigali you will be taken to Kigali Genocide Memorial which honours the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 through education and peace-building. You will be able to watch and listen to some video clips from some of the survivors of the incident. Later transfer you to the airport for your flight departure.
